I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even when there were language barriers. The hotel itself is lovely, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The environment was quiet and it was conveniently located close to the city center. The food served in the restaurant was great as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Spent a lovely Christmas in a historical location with great food and amenities. One of the best things was that they offered fun activities such as archery, which was such a unique experience. The location was ideal, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it a convenient place to stay. the staff was friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any request.

The one downside was the size of the blankets, which were a bit small for our liking. This made it difficult to stay warm at night, and we had to request extra blankets which took some time.

The staff was helpful with language barriers, lovely place, spacious and comfortable room, quiet environment, close to the center.

I recently had an amazing experience at a unique hotel. the location was fantastic, with a medieval castle atmosphere and a charming inner courtyard. the restaurant served delicious food with an authentic touch. the staff was friendly and helpful, always finding a way to accommodate my requests. the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. the breakfast had a good variety of choices. a great stay with a lot of facilities and advantages.

That the mattresses on the beds were too soft for my liking.

Stayed at an extraordinary and ancient castle for my business trip, it was an amazing experience! the authentic restaurant and the delicious meals were impressive! the hotel's location, close to the city center and shops, is perfect and helped me make the most out of my free time.

Although the castle's structure was fascinating, I must say the beds could have been more comfortable for a peaceful night's sleep. the noises from other rooms and hallways were noticeable at night.
